About

Self Portrait

Virginian-born, home is now Houston. I’ve been an illustrator all  my life and professional graphic designer for almost three years. Clients range from medical [DDS], to music to sports entertainment, including up and coming music blog DayBowBow in Dallas, TX.

Currently, I’m working for the Houston Rockets as Graphics Intern. The internship has taught me many valuable lessons in turning out quality work, improvement of speed and what to focus vs. what not to focus. I will finish the internship with the Rockets in April. I will miss those guys:)

Relaying a thought or story and disbursing its imagery to the masses is my mission as an artist. I am especially enthusiastic about art that makes sense across the board and that maintains a fair amount of subtlety and intelligence.  My relationship to art and design is very open, but my passion is to create successful and clever design that others will understand, appreciate and enjoy.  Graphic art is thoughtful and careful. It has a history rich with innovation, controversy and truly amazing artistry. That is why I chose to become a graphic designer… to fulfill my ambition as a creative thinker, problem solver and competitive artist.

Thank you for taking the time to view my portfolio, I hope you enjoy my work and revisit soon.
